HYDAC Australia Wins Silver at the 2025 Australian Training Awards

HYDAC Australia is honoured to receive the Silver Award in the Australian Apprenticeships Employer Award category at the 2025 Australian Training Awards. This achievement recognises HYDAC’s long standing commitment to developing skilled talent and strengthening Australia’s manufacturing workforce.

The award highlights the success of HYDAC’s apprenticeship program, delivered in partnership with the Australian Industry Group (AI Group). The program provides structured learning, hands on experience, and dedicated mentoring across industrial electrical and hydraulic trades. It continues to produce highly capable apprentices who contribute to innovation, quality, and safety across the organisation.Selected from hundreds of entries across Australia, the finalist ranking acknowledges HYDAC’s strong commitment to developing skilled professionals for the fluid power and industrial automation sectors. The achievement highlights the success of HYDAC’s apprenticeship program, delivered in partnership with the Australia Industry Group (AI Group), and reflects the dedication of our apprentices, mentors and wider workforce.

HYDAC’s four year program combines hands-on technical experience with structured training and national qualifications. Apprentices work across electrical, hydraulic and service areas, gaining exposure to real projects, modern technologies and certified training environments. This approach continues to produce high performing graduates who build long term careers in the industry.
